Act I · Missions 1 to 4
Incident
A research vessel stuck at the reef, a humanitarian convoy, a radar near a civilian port. The squadron discovers the scale of the blockade. This act is playable in the free demo.
MERIDIAN 1986
Meridian Archipelago, 1986. The blockade must fall.
A rogue faction has cut the archipelago off from the world and is blocking humanitarian aid. At the controls of Vigie Squadron, break the blockade across sixteen missions, solo or with a friend on the same PC.
The conflict
1986. In the imaginary Meridian archipelago, a breakaway military faction, the Meridian Pact, has seized the straits. It is blocking the humanitarian corridor, jamming communications and cutting the islands off from the world. Food and medicine no longer get through.
Vigie Squadron opens the way for the relief effort. You escort civilian ships, knock out the radars that guide the enemy, cover helicopter evacuations and cross straits in monsoon rain and thunderstorms.
Mission after mission the blockade loosens and the Pact hits back harder: the campaign takes you from the first reef all the way to the opposing fleet.
